Waiting room has no water, no working coffee maker. The service I thought I booked for wasn’t all the way completed and my oil sensor was not reset

The service department was very transparent on items that could be fixed/addressed. My car feels so much better after service and so glad Kayla was able to find out that my cracked axle was covered under my extended warranty. In addition, I had a recall that was addressed and fixed as well. Very grateful for a dealer that appreciates repeat customers. Everyone was very kind.

Had an engine warning light come on and the dealership where I purchased the car only had "diagnostic" appointments available over 4 weeks from when the light went on! I called South Hills Kia and got an appointment within a few days, the parts that were needed were ordered and delivered within a few days and the car was done in one day! I really appreciated their attention to the issue and efficient and pleasant experience with the service team.

Service hours are very inconvenient. No service appointments after 2 pm??? Monday through Friday? And no scheduled appointments on Saturday? Service needs to meet the customers needs not just make bankers hours for all working in the service department!

I am happy with the service at South Hills Kia. I had them check out a transmission concern which cost about $100 for diagnostic fee but now have peace of mind that it is OK. The oil change/tire rotation is a bit pricey and I do prefer to do these things myself but I like having the record that the work was done at the dealer. Happy with service, Only thing that upset me , charging 3% to use a credit card
It was easy to set up an appointment. I dropped off the car, got a ride home. When the car was ready,they picked me up and I went to the dealership,picked up the car and drove home. The whole process was easy.
I went to by a car and didn't like it. The service that I received that day was phenomenal! I ended up buying a different car because of the service that I received. Once the appointment is scheduled service is great. It’s getting in touch with the service department to actually make the appointment that is the problem. No one picks up the phone to schedule!! I understand I can do this online but sometimes I like to speak to a person regarding the cars needs before scheduling.
Trying to get the service center to return a call in a timely manner is extremely bad! Almost always get sent to leave a message. Tried texting and still no response in a timely matter. However, it is Interesting if you call the sales center you get a live person on the phone. Quick to answer for a possible sale not so quick to answer or respond for service.

I went in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The front brakes failed inspection and I was presented with an quote of $632.97 for replacement of the front rotors and brakes. I inquired about the possibility of simply replacing the brakes and was told that the rotors could be resurfaced and the brakes replaced for $378.42. I asked for pictures of the rotors and the surface advisor provided them in a timely and efficient manner. The Oil Change comes with a multipoint inspection, and this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was deemed in good condition. My brand new top of the line Goodyear tires were marked a 6 in tread… I only go there to get the actual oil change. And even then, they can’t tell you how your oil looked. Not sure how much experience the techs have, in light of past experiences.
