First off let me say that the car sales and finance were superb. John Folger and Joey in finance were two of the best car people I have dealt with. If you do not have a trade, by all means use the dealership. Myself--I will never buy a car from them again after two Sportage purchases. WHY? beware if youhave a trade. I just discovered that they cross threaded one of my lug nuts when I had my Sedona inspected 3 weeks ago. I have the documentation to show that the tire in question was one they pulled to check the brakes. They will not take responsibility for the issue. I don't have an air gun so how do you think it happened?

First off, enjoyed working with my service advisor. Good communication. But, I took the car in for warranty work and as a result inherited new problems (parts that were fine when I dropped the car off), and ended up having to pay for the parts and installation - and still have more to buy.

Car trim was not the correct one as advertised. Sun in the face the whole time. Staff is nice however vehicle wasn't charged at all i had to ask then it was only charged to about 30%. I spent my whole day at the dealership and typically the longest part was surprisingly the shortest (financing) that lady knows her stuff give her a raise. The car was a decent car and the tax credit is nice. That's the only reason why I came to this dealer.

As soon as we got home from oil change and did a recall the car now shows a problem with the battery showing an electrical device. Call and they don’t have a clue. Have to make another trip so they can look at it. Uncalled for. If they can’t do recalls for the seat right don’t do it!! Very disappointed.

My 2016 Soul needed a new engine, our service advisor honestly spoke down to me, it was only after my son in law called in and spoke to the supervisor did, I get treated equal. Did they do good work? We don't know yet. My son in law said he was having problems with the fuel gage and was planning on taking it to a closer Kia to be looked at.

Joe from service was beyond accommodating and very helpful with my issue. Joe made me feel heard and I appreciated that!
