When we walked right in, we were immediately communicated to, which was nice. The gentleman that initially communicated with us took us around to look at new cars. His name was Eddie. He seemed to be all over the place and not really fully into our conversations and process. We felt kind of overwhelmed in a way talking to him. On our first test drive, he told us when we get back, he would hand us off to someone else. We were a bit confused by this. He was not the best at answering questions and seemed to just dodge ...
