Do I need an appointment?

No. If you plan to work with a salesperson that you already know, we suggest calling ahead to be sure they are available at a time that is convenient for you.

What is my trade in worth?

There are many vehicle appraisal tools online which can give you a great framework and expectation of what factors will influence a formal appraise of your trade vehicle. The most common problem we encounter with these tools is inaccurate condition of vehicle. Most trades fall into the category of 'fair' due to exterior or mechanical defects. Also be sure to look for 'trade' values, not 'third party' or 'retail' values. We are happy to appraise your trade near the time you plan to purchase or lease your next vehicle.

Should I use my bank or let the dealer do the financing?

We are happy to work with outside lenders, however we have very aggressive financing rates with our banks. Let us see if we find you the lowest interest rate.

What paperwork do I need?

Most customers will need current drivers license, current proof of insurance, and registration card of a trade vehicle in order to complete a purchase or lease. Occasionally additional paperwork could be requested in the event of special rebates or pricing, example: supplier purchase, college grad rebates, military rebates. Some financing outlets may request proof of income or proof of residency in certain situations.

What is the manufacturer's warranty?

New Kia vehicles come with a 5 year or 60,000 mile Limited Basic Warranty and a 10 year or 100,000 miles Limited Powertrain Warranty. Kia also provides 5 years or 60,000 miles 24-Hour Roadside Assistance. More Details at http://www.kia.com/us/#/warranty. Our PreOwned Vehicles will have the remainder of any applicable factory warranty plus a 3 month or 3,000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty provided by South Hills Kia.

What if I want a longer warranty term?

 Extended Service Contracts are available at the time of purchase. These plans can be tailored to fit your expected length of ownership, driving habits, and budget. Tire and Wheel coverage is also available at the time of purchase.

What is Nitrofill?

Nitrofill is the brand of the Nitrogen Tire Filling System we use. All vehicles at South Hills are sold with nitrogen in the tires instead of regular air. The benefits include: better gas mileage due to more stable air pressure, less tire pressure fluctuations in extreme cold or heat, longer tire and wheel life. If your vehicle does not have nitrogen in the tires, this option is available for purchase at the service desk.
